We are pleased to announce that Vince Lisnic has recently been promoted to the position of Staff Engineer in the Vehicle Solutions group.
In Vince’s 20+ year career will Grayhill, he has been a vital part of teams developing projects for many of our past and current key customers. Vince’s work on Telephonics LPCAP introduced NVIS LED and stringent lighting requirements to Grayhill. He designed both the Sealed Switch Module (SSM) and the Cab Switch Module (CSM) for John Deere. In both cases, Vince identified and tweaked designs to establish new Grayhill design methodologies. These successful projects led to future projects including the Deere NGOI project which includes several of Vince’s designs. As part of the Claas K09 armrest project, Vince has been tasked with our most complex CAD modeling to date along with a numerous project content new to Grayhill.
Vince’s diligence and creativity have played a vital role in Grayhill’s success with many of our most important customers and projects. Vince will continue to be assigned to Grayhill’s most complex mechanical engineering projects. As staff engineer, he will also continue to mentor less experienced engineers and consult on mechanical engineering challenges faced throughout the enterprise.
